From inquiry to your big day
Here is exactly what to expect when you work with Fleurs Naturals for your wedding. We recommend beginning your journey at least 10–12 weeks before the event.
12 Weeks Out
Inquiry & Discovery Call
Schedule a consultation with a body bar specialist. During this call, we will reach out within 48 hours to schedule your discovery call. During this call we discuss your wedding vision, scent preferences, guest count, and packaging ideas. No commitment required.
11 Weeks Out
Custom Proposal & Sample Kit
Within one week of your discovery call, you will receive a personalized proposal outlining your custom collection, pricing, and a sample kit so you can smell and feel your options before committing. Just pay for shipping.
Sample kits ship within 5–7 business days11 Weeks Out
Booking & 30% Deposit
Once you love your selections, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin production. Your wedding date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your event.
Deposit locks your production slot8 Weeks Out
Production & Updates
Your bars are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality. We will send you production updates and photos along the way. Any changes to design or scent must be submitted no later than 4 weeks before your event.
2–3 Weeks Out
Final Balance & Delivery
Final balance is due and client agrees to lock in delivery, shipping and/or handling. Orders are delivered locally in the DMV area. Shipping and handling upon request at additional charge. Priority Mail with tracking.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order within 4 weeks of your event, the full balance remains due. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Minimum Order
Bridal party collection orders have a minimum of 10 whole bars. Guest favor packages start at 20 whole bars/ 40 half bars/ 60 stick bars. Getting-ready kits are available individually for intimate elopements or small bridal parties.
